A short story about faction warfare

A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO I SIGNED UP TO FW WITH THE AIM OF MAKING A BIT OF ISK ON THE SIDE RUNNING MISSIONS. MAYBE A BIT OF LOYALTY POINT PVP AND SOMETHING ELSE. WHUTEVER.

TODAY I DECIDED TO HEAD ON INTO MY NEW ADVENTURE WITH EYES WIDE OPEN.

MISSIONS WERE ACCEPTED AND WAYPOINTS SET.

I GOT HALFWAY TO THE FIRST WAYPOINT AND AFTER READING THE DESCRIPTION AGAIN CAME TO A RATHER RASH DECISION.

I DECIDED TO TURN MY SHIP AROUND AND HEAD BACK TO BASE WHERE I QUICKLY WITHDREW MY CORPORATION FROM THIS FALSE WAR.

I HAVE NEVER RUN A MISSION BEFORE IN MY ENTIRE EVE CAREER AND THE THOUGHT OF WASTING TIME RUNNING THEM FILLED ME WITH DREAD.

I TAKE MY HAT OFF TO THOSE WHO MANAGED TO FARM ISK ON A DAILY BASIS. I LASTED A TOTAL OF ABOUT 25 MINUTES BEFORE IT WORE ME DOWN AND I NEVER EVEN FIRED A SINGLE SHOT IN ANGER.

ANYBODY WANT TO BUY A CARACAL NAVY A CERBERUS AND A LOAD OF OLD BOMBERS?

:)

fIRE.
